Owned the long-range strategy for PICO hardware + software, planning the next generation of XR platforms and absorbing future-tech into the OS roadmap to keep the product technically ahead of the field. 梳理 PICO OS 演进路线,探索下一代 XR 计算平台,努力将前沿技术转化为 OS 核心能力,保持产品的技术竞争力。
- PRODUCT
Defined and shipped every layer of the OS — base runtime, HCI, environment perception, render engine, system shell, system apps, developer SDK. A full XR stack, top to bottom. 重构 XR 技术栈:底层运行时、环境感知、人机交互、渲染管线、系统 UI、一方应用及开发者 SDK,推进全链路的定义与交付。

Lead a world-class product team for PICO. Product definition, design, engineering coordination, QA, project ownership, release and iteration cycles. 组建一支优秀的 XR OS 产品团队。产品定义、工程协同、体验打磨与发版节奏。
